HiQ protects your personal information and privacy. It is important to us that you can rely on us to process your personal data. As we process your personal information, we are constantly working to ensure that it is always protected and handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR (EU) 2016/679) and internal procedures. Data sources for the register

HiQ receives information from the registrant himself, and from public or paid marketing registry or search services to perform his duties. Public registers may also be entered in the registers of persons for whom HiQ is seeking to establish a customer or employment relationship or HiQ is in the process of establishing a customer relationship. In addition, HiQ shall have the right, subject to the provisions on confidentiality, to obtain from authorities and public officials the information necessary for the performance of its duties.

Retention period of personal data

HiQ will process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy for as long as is necessary and necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected. The shelf life is either two years or until the person cancels the order.

You have the right to request:

i. Access to Your Personal Information - This means that you have the right to request a record of how HiQ processes your personal information. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data processed by HiQ. You have the right to obtain a record of your personal data stored, the purposes of the processing and the recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed. However, the right to delete personal information is not an absolute right, as HiQ may still have legal grounds for processing your personal information.

Processing shall be limited to the period during which the controller ensures the accuracy of the information.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest (Article 21). If you object to the processing of your data, HiQ will continue to process personal data only if there are legitimate grounds for such processing.

If you are not satisfied with the way HiQ handles your personal data, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority or other supervisory authority that controls the processing of personal data in companies.

HiQ reserves the right to update its privacy policy from time to time. HiQ will notify you of any changes within a reasonable period of time. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to terminate your agreement with HiQ before the changes take effect. You can terminate your agreement by sending an email to gdpr@hiq.fi. Enter "Termination of Agreement" in the subject field and enter a description of the service to which the Agreement applies.
